We are pleased to host your event at our Party Hall. To ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for you and your guests, kindly review and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Hall Usage Guidelines
- Treat the hall, furniture, decorations, and property with respect at all times.
- All electronic items (Speakers, Projector, Remote controls, Furnitures, Lighting system, etc.) must be handled only under staff guidance.
- Outside food and beverages are strictly not allowed.
- Alcohol, smoking, or the use of any intoxicants is prohibited.
- Children must be supervised by adults at all times.
- Use the sound system, music, and activities within the permitted time limit.
- Fireworks, open flames, and hazardous items are not permitted.
- Pets are not allowed unless prior approval has been obtained.
- Littering, spitting, or creating disturbances within the premises is strictly prohibited.
Damage & Liability Clause
The client is responsible for any damage caused to the hall property, equipment, or electronics during the event. In the event of damage, repair or replacement costs will be collected directly from the client. The management will not be held liable for loss of personal belongings or valuables.
Acknowledgment & Agreement
I, the undersigned, have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the above terms and conditions for the use of the Party Hall. I accept responsibility for my guests and agree to bear the cost of any damages caused during the event.
